My barbecue journey began in the early 2000s, fueled by a deep-seated love for crafting delectable BBQ dishes for my cherished family and friends. Inspired by my mother's culinary artistry and the happiness it brought to our family gatherings, I embarked on a mission to refine and perfect my barbecue skills.

As the allure of my barbecue spread and the demand to cater for special events grew, I eagerly elevated my craft, immersing myself in the rich and varied art of barbecue. I had the privilege of learning from esteemed Pitmasters such as James Ford, Arthur Alston, and the late Robert Maloney, whose mentorship was invaluable. Over the years, we've delighted our community at various pop-ups and events, uniting people through the universal language of sumptuous food.

The advent of COVID-19 reshaped our world, and in this period of change, my wife Kimberly and I recognized an opportunity to extend our barbecue love to a broader audience. Thus, Bad Man BBQ was born. We started modestly with a simple tent and gradually evolved to a food truck, catering to a diverse array of businesses and special events.

Our journey is further enriched by the involvement of our family, especially our children. Growing up amidst the bustling atmosphere of our barbecue endeavors, they were inspired to join us in our quest to serve the finest barbecue. They have actively participated, from mastering the nuances of the smoking process to the art of seasoning, fully embracing the family business.

Our family's growth has mirrored the expansion of our love and commitment to each dish we prepare.
